b. visit this EU website :https://ec.europa.eu/growth/tools-databases/nando/index.cfm?fuseaction=notifiedbody.main

c. find notified body number range,  0101-0200, click

d.find NB 0197, click

PS. the NB0197 refers to the agency of CE.

PPS. As long as it is a formal CE certification company, whether it is a domestic third-party testing agency or an EU NB agency, as long as it has issued the EU CE certification certificate, it will be uploaded to the agency’s portal for domestic and foreign inquiry.
